The primary goal of the Swedish Massage technique is to relax the entire body! This is accomplished by rubbing the muscles with long gliding strokes in the direction of the blood returning to the heart. Our therapist will work with the soft tissue and muscles in the body, while using medium pressure, to help restore balance and health.

There will be time for the whole body as well as concentrate on many areas needing special attention.

Hot Stone Massage Therapy melts away tension, eases muscles stiffness and increases circulation. Each hot stone massage therapy session will promote deeper muscles relaxation through the placement of smooth, water-heated stones at key points on the body.

Deep Tissue Massage is similar to Swedish but the deeper pressure is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension. 30 minute session – $45, 60 minute session – $75, 90 minute session – $95

Massage therapy during pregnancy is a wonderful complementary choice for prenatal care. It is a healthy way to reduce stress and promote overall wellness. During an HOUR FACIAL we will cleanse pores, exfoliate, perform extractions as needed, enjoy a delightful face massage, and treat common skin concerns with a custom mask. Steamer and hot towels are used for the hour facial.

Backs are hard to reach and maintain. Our back facial service addresses this issue by focusing the same techniques used in our facial services but target the back. The main focus of our back facial service is to improve the health of the skin while providing a deep moisturizing treatment.

Chemical Peel is a technique used to improve the appearance of the skin. A chemical solution is applied to the skin that causes it to exfoliate and eventually peel off. Dermaplaning is the new way to exfoliate your skin! A skin care treatment that removes dead skin cells and vellus hair (peach fuzz) that traps dirt and oil. Dermaplaning promotes smoother skin and allows products to penetrate deeper allowing your foundation to be applied flawlessly. This service is usually performed every 3-4 weeks. There is no need to worry about the hair on your face getting any darker, it is physiologically impossible for the hair to grow back thicker and dark, so no need to panic and worry.
